- Easy and secure log in: Create a new user Id or log in with gmail, face book, etc.
- REAL TIME: Every appointment query sent by patients will match real-time available slots in your schedule. This is achieved by Total Recall's database automatically synchronizing with your practice schedule every minute to produce real-time availability.
- WAIT LIST: This innovative feature allows your patients to wait-list themselves for their desired appointment. If their desired appointment time becomes available, even last minute, our system automatically notifies them via their personal preference (e-mail, SMS). The patient can then choose to accept or decline the new time slot.
- BLACK LIST: You can easily block those specific patients that are notoriously know as "chronic cancels" so that they can't book any appointments on-line.
- Patients search for availability based on their specific provider (dentists/hygienist) and desired procedure. This Mimics the way appointments are scheduled in your office.
- Our on-line scheduler is "skinned" to match your personal web-site so that the patient never knows he left your site. We adapt our scheduling program to match the colors, logo and layout of your web site. This enables your patients to experience smooth and flawless transition browsing from your web site to us.
- After the appointment is booked, a simple click allows patients to add appointments to their calendar in Outlook or iCal.
It's accurate, safe, and secure
The office can customize and control ALL aspects of availability for their patient's on-line scheduling. You can control any or all of the following, in any combination of your choice:
- chair
- hours
- procedure
- provider
- procedure appointment length based on provider
And the patient will never see your actual schedule. Once a patient chooses a procedure and a preferred time, the system will automatically place the patient in the first available opening, so that appointments are booked back-to-back.
